Refund policy

Build-A-Ware Lifetime Returns.

At Build-A-Ware, we’re here to make your warehouse operations as smooth and efficient as possible.

We understand that purchasing equipment is a big decision, and we want you to feel confident every step of the way. That’s why we offer lifetime returns, meaning if you’re ever unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it at any time.

The only exceptions? Custom-built products or special orders. These items are tailored specifically for your operations, so we’re unable to accept returns on them.

While we trust our customers, if your product looks like it went through some heavy warehouse action or shows major signs of damage, we’ll need to chat before processing the return. Our goal is fairness, but we can’t cover significant damages caused by improper use or neglect.

How the Return Process Works:

  • All returns must be pre-approved by our team to keep the process smooth.
  • We’ll ask for a few clear, high-quality photos of the product so we can assess its condition and start the return process.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, but we’ll make everything else as easy as possible.
  • Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 7 days for our team to inspect the product and process your refund.

Please Note:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition. This means completely undamaged and in the original packaging. Any signs of damage or improper repackaging may result in additional charges or a denied return.
  • Missing parts or visible damage may affect your refund amount.

Build-A-Ware Refunds.

At Build-A-Ware, we keep things simple and transparent.

If you need a refund, just return the product in its original condition... no time limits.

Please Keep in Mind:

  • Products must be completely undamaged and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. If the product has been used, damaged, or repackaged improperly, we may have to deduct repair or replacement costs, or in rare cases, we may not be able to issue a refund.
  • Custom or special-order items are not eligible for refunds.
